Pre-Order Processing

All orders are processed under a pre-order production system. This allows us to produce limited edition pieces specifically for our community.
Production typically begins after the pre-order window closes.
Estimated production time may take 7–14 working days depending on the collection.

Delivery Time

Once production is completed and your order passes our quality check, it will be dispatched for delivery.
Standard delivery time is usually 2–5 working days, depending on your location.

Delivery Confirmation

Customers will receive delivery updates once the order has been shipped.
Please ensure that the shipping address and contact number provided during checkout are accurate.
